Mayor's Fourth Fun Run/ Walk - 150000

Join us for the FREE 5K fun run/walk that begins at 8 a.m. at Falls Park on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.
No pets please.

Register by 5 p.m. Monday, June 19 to receive a free t-shirt.
For those that pre-registered, T-shirt pickup will begin at 7:30 a.m. outside the Overlook Cafe.
Please park in the overflow lot north of Farmers Market.

Active Stroll - 150010

Active stroll is a mom and me stroller and exercise class designed to get the moms walking and meeting new moms. Each day, we will incorporate some exercises that you can do while walking. Little ones must be in the stroller for the walking portion, but may get out and participate in the exercises, if old enough to do so. Registration required.

Youth Triathlon Training - 163005

If you are planning on competing in the Youth Triathlon, or just want to learn what it’s all about, this is for you. Practice your swimming, biking, and running skills while getting tips on how it improve. Snowfox Swim Team and Two Wheeler Dealer will be on site to assist with training. Bring your swimsuit, towel, bike, helmet, and running shoes each day. Two Wheeler Dealer will be at the training on Wednesday to help with free basic bike fits and bike safety checks. Tuesday’s class will focus on swimming and practice transitioning to bike. Wednesday’s class will focus on bike etiquette, riding the bike route, and transitioning to the run. Thursday’s class will focus on transitioning from the bike and running the race route. Call 978-6932 with questions.

Furry 5k - 180018

Dogs that are exercised regularly are less likely to develop and exhibit those pesky behavior problems such as digging, barking, and chewing. Help your pooch get the exercise they need by partaking in this 5K fun run or walk on National Dog Day! Participants and their furry companions will follow a 5K route along the beautiful bike trail. Dogs must be kept on a leash. First 25 people to register will receive a free T-shirt. Don’t have a dog? Come enjoy the walk or run anyway! Race starts at 9 a.m.
